Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to relevant regulations.
