The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, recognizing the value of each team member.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents accordingly.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

Offers primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.

Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.

1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.

Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
