Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
  • Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff.
  • Requires a nursing degree, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
