Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, responds to care requirements, and applies sound nursing judgment in management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelorâs degree, valid NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
Must possess strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
