This RN position in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit involves night shifts with a salary range of $72,072–$74,229.

Provides care for patients post-colorectal and urologic surgery in a 22-bed semi-private unit.

Performs procedures such as chest tube insertion, central lines, wound vac changes, NG, and catheter management.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring smooth transitions and discharge readiness.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and conducts tests.

Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.

Requires nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC.

Must commit to ongoing education and maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
