Job Description
This RN position in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) involves caring for adult patients with life-threatening cardiac conditions in a 17-bed unit with invasive monitoring.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing emergency and primary care.
Skills required include clinical judgment, collaboration, and knowledge of cardiac devices and therapies such as Impella, IABP, and renal replacement therapy.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
