Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Short Stay Surgical department provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
