Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, supporting families and colleagues through kindness and active listening.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
  • Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and execute care plans, directing ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
  • Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
