The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care per regulations.

Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and uses sound nursing judgment for decision-making.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.

Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
