Job Description
The Vascular Surgery Night Clinical Nurse assesses, plans, and manages patient care across hospital and community settings, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Provides patient-centered, compassionate care to patients with complex vascular conditions, including amputations and wounds.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and interprets diagnostic tests.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Leads and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Requires RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, and relevant nursing experience.
Provides education and support for patients with diverse co-morbidities, including wound care and vascular procedures.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and privacy standards, handling sensitive information responsibly.
