This RN position in Vascular Surgery involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care coordination.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing primary/emergency care.
Collaborates with the care team to develop and execute patient plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures quality standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Works night shifts with a salary range of $72,072â$74,229.26, offering a comprehensive role in a specialized vascular surgical unit serving patients aged 18-90+ with complex conditions.
