Li> The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions within acute care.
Responsible for coordinating care delivered by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Ensures that patient care is consistently quality-assured for patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff.

The position offers a day shift with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26, and an hourly rate of $34.65 – $35.69.
