Job Description
This role is for a Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit – C3W, working day shifts in the USA with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 (hourly $34.65 – $35.69).
Responsibilities include assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, focusing on discharge progress and care transitions.
Ensures delivery of competent, compassionate care by the caregiving team to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings, as well as referring facilities and hospital staff.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to HIPAA and other regulations, and ensures access is limited to those with a ‘need to know’.
The role emphasizes providing uniform, quality patient care and supporting effective communication across care transitions.
