Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit – C3W provides assessment, coordination, planning, and management of patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating compassionate, competent care by the caregiving team across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Nurses participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) progress from novice to competent within a specialty and may advance to proficient or expert levels.
Role requires adherence to privacy and security policies, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring access is on a âneed to knowâ basis.
Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26, with hourly rates between $34.65 and $35.69, based on experience and qualifications.
