Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) works day shifts assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsible for delivering compassionate, competent care to patients, referring facilities, and staff in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Ensures care quality through team coordination and adherence to standards.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty, with opportunities for advancement.
Salary ranges from $72,072.00 to $74,229.26, with hourly rates between $34.65 and $35.69.
Role may involve access to sensitive information, requiring strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies, including HIPAA regulations.
