Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) works a day shift, earning $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 annually or $34.65 – $35.69 hourly.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions within acute care.
The nurse ensures the delivery of compassionate, competent care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to competent and potentially to proficient or expert status within their specialty.
This role may involve handling sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, requiring adherence to privacy and security standards.
