Job Description
This RN position in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit involves caring for surgical and medical patients in a 22-bed med-surg unit during night shifts.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
The role requires collaborating with the team to develop care plans, guiding ancillary staff, and ensuring quality patient care.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency or trauma settings.
Certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC and continuing education are also required.
This position offers a salary range of $72,072 – $74,229.26 and emphasizes compassionate, competent patient care.
