Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit provides compassionate patient care in a post-surgical setting with 22 semi-private rooms.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and managing patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, and performing procedures like wound care and assisting with chest tube and central line placements.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans, evaluates diagnostic tests, and ensures quality and safety.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a trauma or stroke center.
This full-time role involves three 12-hour day shifts (7 am-7:30 pm), contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
