Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Elective Orthopedics works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, guides ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
