The Clinical Nurse in Neuro Progressive Care provides compassionate patient-centered care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role requires ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
