Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Elective Orthopedics unit (B3W) during night shifts, with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26 ($34.65 – $35.69/hour). The 24-bed unit specializes in post-surgical, orthopedic, trauma, and medical-surgical care.
Provide patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting accurately.
Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and apply sound nursing judgment.
Offer primary and emergency care, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or progressive care experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive patient information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy standards.
