Job Description

The RN in the Emergency Department assesses, plans, and manages patient care across all stages, ensuring smooth transitions and discharge readiness.

The ED is a Level I Trauma Center serving patients of all ages 24/7, with 45 rooms divided into zones for trauma, pediatrics, minor care, and rapid response.

Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating on care plans.

Requirements include a nursing degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC.
1-3 years ED experience, preferably in a large trauma center, is preferred.
The role involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
