Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, documenting as required.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment for care management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
The role requires safeguarding sensitive information per privacy regulations.
