Job Description

• The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.

• Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents treatments per regulations.

• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

• Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

• Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

• Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.

• Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
