The clinical Nurse in Vascular Surgery (Night shift) provides compassionate patient care and supports a caring environment.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment for care management, providing primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely, adhering to privacy regulations, and supporting a respectful, empathetic care environment.
