The Clinical Nurse in Vascular Surgery (C5) works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care and fostering a caring environment.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role requires adherence to privacy regulations and secure handling of sensitive information.
