Job Description
The clinical Nurse in Vascular Surgery (C5) works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information appropriately and ensuring patient and organizational data privacy.
