Job Description

This ICU RN role is in the Surgical and Neuroscience ICU with a 30-bed unit, caring for critically ill adults (14+).

  • Shift: Evening, Salary: $68,640 – $70,699.20, Hourly: $34.65 – $35.69.
  • Patients include those with trauma, brain injury, stroke, sepsis, and multi-organ failure.
  • Responsibilities: implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting tests, assessing patient needs, providing emergency and primary care, and collaborating on care plans.
  • Skills required: ICP monitoring, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, invasive procedures, and equipment use.
  • Requirements: RN license, graduation from a recognized nursing program, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
