Job Description
The ICU-Surgical and Neuroscience unit (30 beds) provides specialized care for critically ill adult patients, split evenly between neuro and surgical cases.
Care includes monitoring, treatment of complex conditions like brain injury, trauma, stroke, sepsis, and multi-organ failure.
Skills required include ICP monitoring, ventilator management, renal replacement therapy, and invasive procedures such as arterial lines and ICP monitors.
Responsibilities involve implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing emergency and primary care.
Candidates must be licensed registered nurses with BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality improvement principles.
The role offers an evening shift with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.
