The Clinical Nurse in the Med/Surg ICU (D3N) works night shifts to provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.

Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care management.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred healthcare or clerical experience.

Must demonstrate effective communication, computer skills, honesty, punctuality, and ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.

Adheres to privacy regulations and organizational policies, ensuring sensitive information is protected.
