Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Med/Surg ICU (Night shift) provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, using sound nursing judgment for primary and emergency care.
Collaborate with the team to develop and follow personalized care plans, and supervise ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred healthcare or clerical experience, and basic computer skills.
Must demonstrate effective communication, honesty, punctuality, and ability to organize and prioritize work independently.
This role involves handling sensitive information securely, in compliance with privacy regulations.
