The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, a current RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of quality improvement principles. Salary ranges from $33.00 to $63.98 per hour.
