Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal department provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Deliver primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Lead and guide ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate knowledge of quality improvement principles and patient safety protocols.
Work shift is night, with a salary range of $33.00/hr – $63.98/hr, and responsibilities include ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
