Job Description
The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans and guide ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
