Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool assesses, plans, and manages patient care across various units, focusing on discharge progress and transitions.
Provides coordinated, compassionate care to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and evaluates diagnostic tests.
Creates and guides care plans, collaborates with the team, and supervises ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, with preferred experience as a PCA or nurse assistant.
Offers opportunities across diverse specialties, including step-down care, cardiac, neurosciences, chemo, rehab, and emergency response, with shift differentials.
