The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care across various units, focusing on discharge progress and care transitions.
Provides compassionate, competent care to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and evaluates diagnostic tests.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Preferred experience in nursing assistance or related roles.
Ensures compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations, handling sensitive patient information responsibly.
The role offers a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, with an hourly rate of $33.00 – $33.99, and includes shift differentials.
