Job Description

The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides patient care across multiple units, including step down, cardiac, neurosciences, and rehab.

  • Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and assessing patient needs.
  • Ensures compassionate, competent care for patients in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings while coordinating with the caregiving team.
  • Minimum qualifications: RN license, diploma/degree, BLS and ACLS certification, with preferred experience as a PCA or nursing assistant.
  • Offers diverse nursing experiences with shift differentials and opportunities to develop skills in various specialties.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality policies and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
