Job Description
The Float Pool Night RN provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for both primary and emergency situations.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current NYS RN license, and certification in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsible for safeguarding sensitive patient information and adhering to privacy regulations.
