Job Description
The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides patient care across multiple units, focusing on discharge progress and care transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, assessing patient needs, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Provides primary and emergency care, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, with preferred experience as a PCA or nursing assistant.
Must demonstrate ongoing education, knowledge of quality improvement, and adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards.
The role offers a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20, with shift differentials and diverse specialty experience in 22 units.
