Job Description
The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient management and provides primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), a current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards.
