Job Description
The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by following physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and patient needs to inform care decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop Plans of Care and supervises ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This role involves handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
