Job Description
The Float Pool Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses and responds to patient needs, using sound nursing judgment for care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, a current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Must have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.
