Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting procedures.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and respond appropriately.
Offer primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute patient care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role emphasizes maintaining patient safety, quality care, and protecting sensitive information according to regulations.
