Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room provides compassionate patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
