Job Description
This Vascular Surgery RN role is based in the M5 unit, working night shifts in the U.S., with a salary range of $68,640 to $70,699.20.
There are two units: one with 16 beds and another with 20 beds, serving acute and chronic surgical patients aged 18-90+, mainly 45-65. Patient care focuses on vascular diseases and procedures like carotid endarterectomy, revascularization, renal stenting, and AAA repairs.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, providing emergency care, and collaborating on care plans.
Minimum qualifications: nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
