Job Description
The Medical Surgical Hospitalist M4 Night Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, coordinating and managing patient needs throughout their hospital stay with a focus on discharge planning and transitions.
Responsibilities include ensuring compassionate, competent care for patients, families, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in performance and quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction.
Demonstrates service excellence by maintaining positive communication and teamwork with colleagues and patients.
Follows safety protocols, promotes a secure environment, and responsibly uses resources.
Respects individual differences and cultural backgrounds of patients and staff.
