The Medical Surgical Hospitalist M4 role involves night shift work assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, with a focus on discharge planning and transitions.
Responsible for ensuring compassionate, competent care delivered by the team to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway, progressing from novice to proficient or expert.

Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20 for the hospitalist role and $34.65 to $35.69 for nursing staff.
