Job Description
Manage patients primarily with renal transplant, SPK, PAK, ESRD requiring access, peritoneal dialysis, and telemetry monitoring.
Provide education on self-care for transplant patients to maintain health and graft function.
Care for general medicine and surgical patients with varied acuity levels, including diagnoses like renal transplant, complications, parathyroidectomy, live donor nephrectomy, and dialysis access.
Administer treatments such as IV therapy, antibiotics, blood products, sterile dressings, tube feeds, surgical drains, and immunosuppressants.
Work primarily during night shifts with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, access based on “need to know,” and protect sensitive patient information.
