Job Description
Manage night-shift patients in the Renal Transplant- M3 unit, primarily focusing on pre and postoperative renal, SPK, and PAK transplant patients, as well as those with End Stage Renal Disease requiring dialysis or renal access.
Provide care for general medicine and surgical patients with varied acuity levels, including complications of transplants, nephrectomy, and dialysis access.
Administer treatments such as IV therapy, antibiotics, blood transfusions, sterile dressings, tube feeding, surgical drains, and immunosuppressive therapy.
Educate patients on self-care to maintain health and graft function.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, handling sensitive information responsibly and securely.
