Job Description

Manage patients primarily with pre and postoperative renal transplant, SPK, PAK, ESRD, peritoneal dialysis, and telemetry needs.

  • Provide extensive education on self-care for transplant and SPK patients to maintain health and graft viability.
  • Care for general medicine and surgical patients with varying acuity levels, including diagnoses like transplant complications, nephrectomy, and dialysis access.
  • Administer treatments such as IV therapy, antibiotics, blood products, sterile dressings, tube feeds, surgical drains, and immunosuppressants.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies and handle sensitive information according to HIPAA and state regulations, maintaining minimum necessary access.
